A diet to get rid of belly fat in three days
Our nutritional trend: the three-day diet
Practice it 3 days a week, and in the other four, reduce your intake of fats and increase your intake of vegetables.. Try to exercise 3 times Per week, start with 20 minutes a day, then increase it to 30, then 40, until it becomes an hour.
The first day:
Breakfast:
Half a cup of juice or grated grapefruit + one piece of toasted bread or toast. + a spoonful of peanut butter + Turkish coffee or tea without milk.
Lunch:
Half a cup of tuna fish + a piece of toast + Turkish tea or coffee without milk.
Dinner:
Two slices of white or red meat, equivalent to 30 grams + one cup of boiled green beans + a cup of boiled carrots or beets + an apple + a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 2:
Breakfast:
A hard-boiled egg + a banana + a piece of toast with a slice of cheese + Turkish coffee or tea without milk.
Lunch:
A cup of tuna fish or a cup of fat-free white cheese + 5 pieces of salty biscuits (it is preferable to choose fat-free biscuits).
Dinner:
Two pieces of sausage + one cup of green cauliflower or a cup of boiled cabbage + half a cup of carrots + half a banana + half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day Three:
Breakfast:
Salt biscuits + boiled egg + apple + Turkish coffee or tea without milk.
Lunch:
A hard-boiled egg + a piece of grilled bread (toast) + Turkish tea or coffee without milk.
Dinner:
One cup of tuna fish + a cup of carrots or beets (equivalent to 3 carrots) + a cup of cauliflower or green beans + half a watermelon or cantaloupe + half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
